Dell has expanded its line of business-centric laptops in India with the launch of Latitude 7400 2-in-1. The laptop was unveiled earlier this year during CES 2019 conference and is touted for its 24-hour battery life among other features. The company is pitching the device as a versatile and productive laptop for commercial use and those who want to get things done while on the go.

The battery is the highlight of the Latitude 7400 2-in-1, is said to reach 80% charge in 60 minutes using the company’s ExpressCharge tech. The device has up to 78Whr battery capacity. You also get an intuitive gyroscope that senses the surface on which the laptop is kept and optimises the battery life and power consumption.
Some of the other specifications include a quad-core 8th gen Intel V-Pro i5 or i7 processor, up to 16GB LPDDR3 RAM, inbuilt Intel 620 graphics, up to 2TB storage space. The laptop runs Windows 10 OS and has a 14-inch Full-HD screen. The wireless connectivity options stay pretty much the same including Bluetooth 4.2 or 5.0. It also has Thunderbolt 3 ports, USB-A and HDMI support.
Dell is boasting the Latitude 7400 for several features. The device is claimed to be the first to feature PC proximity sensor powered by Intel’s Context Sensing tech. This means that the sensors placed above the screen senses the user’s presence and wakes up the device. This also triggers Windows Hello for login.
In addition, the Latitude 7400 has said to have Cat16 Gigabit LTE support using ExpressConnect. As for the build and design, Dell Latitude 7400 has a brushed metal look with slim screen bezels and diamond cut edges.
