Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 could be launching soon and the new smartphone may come with a dual camera setup. Leaked images by website 91Mobiles show the mobile. However, the pictures are just renders made by a designer which he has based on all the reports involving the Xioami Redmi Note 5. Xiaomi is a hugely popular brand in India. The numbers and sales figures that the company managed during the festive sales on Flipkart, Amazon, and its own website Mi.com. Both Redmi and Mi series have captured the Indian budget smartphone market. Recently, Xiaomi had launched the Mi A1 mobile in India, which runs pure Android OS. Meanwhile, here is a look at the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 expected features, specifications, price, and availability in India.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Specifications: Rumours have suggested that the Redmi Note 5 will feature dual-rear cameras. While Redmi Pro is the only smartphone by Xiaomi to have that feature, but it is not available in India. Also, it is much higher priced than Redmi devices. Xiaomi, according to reports, may have a 16MP and 5 MP cameras at the back and on the front, it may have a 13 MP camera. Also, a report in GSMArena claimed that the rear cameras will be of 16MP and 13MP capacity. IT also posted slides of the smartphone which showed a list of specifications. We will still have to wait to see if Xiaomi will get the dual camera setup.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Price in India: Xiaomi’s Redmi series comes under the budget category of mobiles, historically. The company usually prices its smartphones under Rs 13,000 for the big storage variant and the smaller model comes under Rs 10,000. It is unlikely that Xiaomi will go above this range. Also, in the Rs 15,000 section, Xiaomi already has the Mi A1 handset which is getting quite popular in the market.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 other features: The latest Redmi mobile will probably stay with the usual 5.5-inch display. It will likely feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 SoC or maybe something in the 660 series. Interestingly, in terms of battery, the GSMArena report said that the battery on the phone may come down to 3,790 mAh. It is a decline from the 4,100mAh battery on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. When it comes to storage, the Redmi Note 4 is expected to come in two variants (3GB RAM and 4GB RAM). There is no information on the internal memory as of now.
